Gender: Female
Ethnicity: White
School: Catholic School in MA

W GPA: 4.1

I'm only a junior, and I'm in Honors 1 courses. (My school has 5 levels instead of 4). Should I move down a level to bring my UW GPA up? What should I do to increase my chances?

Also, does anyone know of any colleges that I should consider? Safeties or matches?

Come on, please answer?

Bump…

UMD is not a good school. It’s probably the worst of the UMasses. with that kind of weighted GPA you can probably get into Umass amherst. you can get into UMD easy-peasy, set your goals higher.

brookablook, UMASS Dartmouth has a highly respected nursing program, while UMASS Amherst is a better business school.

I just got in with a 3.2 UW and 3.78 W. (7 APs and all honors). My SAT scores were 550 CR, 530 M, and 520 W. I had over 1000 volunteer hours and am president of the SADD. I’m not a MA resident either. (I’m from FL) Based on my acceptance, you probably have a good chance.
