Can I get in?

Info:
Female- CA
GPA: 4.40 current
cumulative: 3.84 w (don't know un weighted)
SAT I: 470 M, 700 W, 660 R (retaking in October.. hope to raise that math score)
SAT II: Biology-m 720, Lit 590, Spanish 620
Language spoken at home : Russian

EC's: I've got lots of community service through a group of which I am apart. Lots of leadership, not many noteworthy awards but i've got some... parents own a small business and i work there helping out on weekends

Other: I have an upward trend in my grades. I started out freshman year with a 2.67. My highest GPA since than has been a 4.60 the first semester of my junior year. my GPA dropped to 4.40 cuz i had the flu the last week of school (it effected my performance on my finals)
I"m gonna make sure my essays are good.
Schools:

So what do my chances look like for UCLA and UC Berkeley at that? Any input is appreciated.. so thanks!

Ah, all those extra community service hours help greatly. I'm sure you'll do fine.

UCLA: Reach

The reason i'm asking is because I want to limit myself on how many UC's I apply to. I want to have variety and don't want ALL my applications to be to UC's (applying to that many schools is a lot of money as you know).. So i just want to know whether or not I shoudl bother including UCLA or UCB on my UC's list..

So far these are the ones i'm applying to:
UCD
UCSB
UCSC
UCB (why not?)
and possibley UCLA

masha,

UCLA: Reach

What is your weighted GPA from 10th and 11th grades only? I ask this because UC's don't count freshman year grades and that can change the scenario a little bit. But re-post when you have retaken your SAT.

my UC GPA is 4.00

Slight Reach.
