I’m right on the edge, and I’m not sure if this would get me in:

ACT Math: 28
Unweighted GPA: 2.81
Weighted GPA: 3.0
Do I have a chance? It isn’t very clear to me based on the admissions requirements, so I thought I might as well ask here. If I can’t get in, then will I get into to the Pre-Engineering program? And if I do, does that mean I can transfer into the actual department after a semester or two?
