Of course you can get in. GT is not as stingy with OOS acceptances as Berkeley or UNC, and you could probably get in anyway on pure academic merit- 1320/1600 is good. Coming from Maine helps too. You're in.

GT's acceptance is almost 70% actually. Also, from what I know writing isn't considered at all so a 1320 is about on par with the middle 50% of students at Tech. I don't know the chances on OOS but I assume the standard wouldn't be too much higher than the overall average. I think you have some good EC's so I would think you have a pretty good shot.

UW GPA might hurt you, Georgia Tech really likes to see a 3.7+. However your EC's and are stellar and will likely get you in (plus they use their own weighting system for GPA). To be safe though, you might want to consider retaking the SAT and focusing on the math section. Also, be sure to write a good essay...the admissions counselors stressed that HEAVILY when I was there.

Georgia Tech is an oddity in that the school is not selective at all, but it's engineering programs are consistently some of the best in the nation. I think their philosophy is to give lots of people a chance...whether they make it is up to them.

you know what you're in. 1320 is solid for GT. and that's all they look at, too. you're in. don't worry. i'm visiting in october and going to the game against Gardner Webb so hopefully it's not as bad as people say it is.

Also, GT's relatively high admission rate also has to do with the fact that is is often a second choice for people applying to places like MIT.
