Counselor Rec: 9/10 - I know her pretty well, so I hope that my CC is able to offer some insight into my academic career and who I am
Additional Rec: 7/10 - nothing special, but it is coming from my English teacher from last year who writes beautifully and is a sweetheart

I know my SAT score is on the low side for Vandy and I don’t have any hooks, but do I have any chance at ED I for 2022? I did a summer academy there, have done internships every summer in my field of choice - Electrical Engineering, and have demonstrated interest (although I got the sense that Vandy doesn’t care about demonstrated interest at all bc they know people love their school). No one from my school has ever been accepted except for a girl with a 36 on her ACT… Do I have a shot or am I kidding myself? I need full honesty to prepare myself for a rejection and could apply ED to another school with less focus on scores. I don’t know what to do. I will chance back if someone helps me!!!
