Can I get rescinded with an F in college algebra?

So, my senior year semester grades are 2 A’s, 3 B’s, 1 C in (ap psychology), and I have an F in college algebra!!

Everyone did really horrible in the final, and the teacher didn’t even care that everyone did horrible! And I have a 59% in the class!! Im so depressed right now. I mean its not the most prestigious college in the world, but still I’m so scared, because I really wanted to go to that college. What should I do? :frowning:

Same situation here, I’m getting a D in college algebra really need some wisdom!

Check your admission letter to see what conditions the college wants you to meet.

@thecoolboy1234 Is it a done deal, or can I help you with the algebra?

Yes, a D or F can cause your admission to be rescinded. It depends on the college. Talk with your teacher, get extra help, see what can be done.

Do you need the college algebra course to graduate? Almost (if not all) college acceptances require that you graduate on schedule.

^ I only needed 3 credits of math, but I graduated on time
