Can I just get a chance for UCLA? High/med/low reach?

Here are my stats:

Sophomore year:
Trig/Precalc : A-/A-
E2H A-/A
Chemistry A/A
WorldH H A/A
PE: A/A
3d Design 1: A/A

Overall gpa: 4.0 uw/w (6 classes)

Junior Year: Took
APChem B+/A
APPhysics A-/A-
E3H A-/A-<--this one was really close to an A
Other classes aren't that hard, art2, 3d design 3, us history

Overall gpa: 3.9857 uw/4.4 w

And next year I'm signed up for
Calc/Stats/English (AP)
and Graphic Design/Art 4

My sat score (first time) is 2200.
CR :720
Math:720
Writing: 760

I took Chinese SAT II so I'm exempt from taking a foreign language, I took Math II but got 740, I have to retake and get above 770 on my second try (since UCLA engineering department kind of requires that a person be good at math). I'm also taking Chemistry SAT II/PHysics SAT II in October since the higher ranked UC's want to use a national standard to compare people that have the same gpa, ecs, etc.

I am rank 9/451 so that's about <2%?

E.c.'s: Well, in school I wasn't super involved, I played badminton for two years and had to stop junior year since I knew I had to maintain my grades(priority). I am going to play senior year too! I was in JV frehman year but moved up to Varsity 2 Singles/Mixed/Doubles and I'm pretty sure I will still be in Varsity senior year (unless our team gets flooded by an onslaught of pro freshman<--highly unlikely).

I attend church regularly, two days a week, friday nights from 8:00 to 11 and sundays from 9:30 to 12:30. I am also on the worship team at my church, I play the djembe(african drum), normal drum set, and also a vocalist. I have been on the worship team for about three years. I was on the photo/yearbook crew for VBS(vacation bible school) last year.

I have done volunteer service for an old teacher of mine who used to teach 7th grade at Moreland Middle School, I accumalated about 110 hours from helping him over the course of 4 years. I did volunteer service this summer for Northern California Junior Sports Camp (for handicapped kids) and I got about 15 hours.

I have played piano for four years, and gotten to level 10 (certificate of merit).

I take art lessons at Visionary Arts, and I would consider myself to be intermediate-advanced level. I had taken art lessons at various teachers ever since I was 9.

I took Conceptual Physics at DeAnza over the summer sophomore year in preparation for AP Physics, got an A.

I designed 5 t-shirts total for various groups. I designed the freshman class tshirt, sophomore, and junior, and I am pretty sure that I will design the senior year tshirt(given my past history). I also designed the VBS tshirt for both the kids and the counselors last year, and this year the one I made seems like a pretty good candidate.

I'm co-president of Augmented reality Arts Club, a newly started club last year and we got 35 members at first but then it slowly started to die down. I will keep it up and running again next year.

CSF, HFH,Chess Club member.

So what are my chances? Honest replies only please, thanks!
Chance me and I'll chance you back!

Oh, and this is just a side note, I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis-ankylosing spondylitis back in 4th grade and I was wondering if this would make my application stand out a lot?

My HS is ranked 407/1784 out of public HS in Cali lol
It’s located in the Silicon Valley, but nowhere near as competitive as Cupertino high schools like Monta Vista and Lynbrook
So any chances please?

I believe you have a good chance to get in to UCLA, best of luck!

Thanks! Would you say it’s a low-med reach?

I would say a low reach, if not at your level, but you have a good chance of getting in

Ah I see. So one final inquiry, I’m going to be writing about my arthritis for Prompt #2, I was diagnosed in 4th grade. Do you think it will make my app stand out from the crowd? I looked around on CC and some people who wrote about hardships kind of used it to explain why a certain statistic was low, gpa/sat/ec, but I guess I did okay in terms of scores, will that be a plus for me?

oh btw I am in-state

Umm I would say that if you can tie it in to something then go for it…if not then its not a huge factor.

Yeah i guess I could tie it in, the medicine that I use has side effects such as increased level of fatigue so i need much more rest than the average person

It taught me time management
