I didn't do well on the SAT but did really well on the ACT. I do not want to submit my SAT I scores. is it okay if I just send my SAT II scores to colleges and do not report my SAT I score?
I heard that colleges want all of our SAT scores but if that is the case, why are we given the option to submit either the ACT or SAT?

That’s what I did. For schools that don’t allow score choice and don’t require SAT IIs, I will probably just send my ACT

I forgot where I saw this, but you are required to send either all scores from College Board or all scores from ACT Inc. I don’t think you can do a combination of both FOR SOME SCHOOLS, but you can double-check with each individual school to be safe. Schools that require, for example, “SAT OR ACT, plus 2 SAT Subject Tests” obviously take a combination.

EDIT: If a school (such as Stanford or Cornell) REQUIRES all scores to be sent, they mean precisely that-all scores.
