<p>I'm wondering if I'll be able to make it into University of Florida.</p>
<p>I have family members (my mom) who have gone to the university before, and I live in Florida.</p>
<p>GPA: UW 3.96, Weighted 4.57
SAT: 1480/1600 2180/2400</p>
<p>I've taken almost all gifted/AP classes throughout high school.</p>
<p>However, I have little to no EC's. I have 100+ hours of community service, and did stuff with the school here and there. No long list of clubs or sports.</p>
<p>Yes. I went there today. You have stats higher than their average student just try to increase your ECs…</p>
<p>Your stats are fine, but like alijasmined said, you need to work on your EC’s this summer and next fall. Anything would help. Continue your community service, get a job, etc. Also, start working on your essay, it does matter at UF. </p>

<p>UF is so random with its admissions it’s almost impossible to predict. Borderline ridiculous.</p>
<p>You would qualify for some great merit with your scores, but because UF is extremely holistic, not having ECs will really hurt you. They want to see great students who will participate on campus. Not just great students who will get good grades. Perhaps you find a summer job. It’s not too late. Or you can teach yourself a skill and then master it over the summer. Maybe you can learn how to play a very weird instrument. I hope that helped :)</p>
