Can I pls have opinions about the Supplement for BU

Ever since my childhood, my life was surrounded by all different kinds of people. Diversity is not a character of mine, I am diversity itself. One of the proofs is my identity, being a chinese born in Italy, I can strongly say that my plasticity is my major quality.
the prompt is the traditional one, Why you think BU fits for you.

My student career was mostly concentrated in small schools situated in peripheral environments. I dreamed countless times myself conducting studies in bigger schools located in urban areas, where I can have the chance to meet people from all over the world. With this criteria, I started my college application journey.
Options were bottomless. Yet, there was one which really emerged. Its name is Boston University. As I mentioned before, my university has to be located in “bigger” cities. However, not overwhelmingly big. By overwhelmingly big, New York City can be an example, its racing life pace denies people the chance of observing the beauty of the little things.
The more I learn about Boston University, the more I like. The community composed by students from more than 100 countries and States. The opportunity of choosing from 250 different kinds of study. The chance provided by BU of studying abroad, more than 90 programs over 21 countries. Its location in Boston, a city which is urbanized; yet, you can still see a touch of nature everywhere.
Excellence is assured, when combing my plasticity with the intense culture of Boston University.

I think this may fall into the small bucket of essays (5% to 10%) that hurts an applicant’s chances of admissions

Don’t talk about your search for colleges - go straight into BU’s qualities that you are interested in. Go on the website and do some quick research about its programs. The first two paragraphs don’t tell the reader much, and since you only have 250 you want to be concise. In the paragraph where you talk about BU’s diversity, etc. is better, just expand on that - what programs you’re interested in specifically, what you think BU can do for your and how you think this college will shape you for the future.

Not much time left but good luck!
