I’m taking a winter class that lasts for 20 days and I noticed on Amazon that you can rent a textbook for 6 months and within the first 30 days you can return it for a full refund. Since I only need it for a short time, I was wondering if I could return it after I’m done with it. Has anyone tried to return an Amazon rental?
If the book you rented/bought fulfilled what you wanted it to do, then the seller deserves what you paid. Returning it for a full refund would be taking that away. There’s little more frustrating than selling a textbook online then having someone photocopy it and return it for a full refund.
You probably could. But in so doing, you’re essentially saying that it’s worth screwing someone else over and being dishonest so that you can save a few bucks.
