Can I submit the Dept. of State form on immunizations instead of Gtown form?

From [Frequently Asked Questions](http://www3.georgetown.edu/student-affairs/health/faq.html)

Q. I am out of the country and will be unable to meet the deadline for submission of the Immunization and Tuberculosis Screening Certificate. What are my options?

A. The Immunization and Tuberculosis Screening Certificate must be submitted by July 1st for the fall semester, or January 1st for the spring semester (if you are a student starting in January). If for some reason you are unable to get the form to us by those dates, you must submit it as soon as possible. After August 15th the University Registrar will block continuation of your registration for the fall semester until the form has been submitted and immunization and screening requirements have been met.

In other words, don’t show up without dealing with it. If you’re not going to have it in on time, you need to talk to someone. Leave a voicemail if that’s your only option. The whole immunization form isn’t just some Georgetown thing, it’s actually a DC law that colleges must collect and store vaccination information, so they take it fairly seriously. I’m sure, though, that if you explain your situation, someone will be understanding.
