Can I take both Earth Science Regents and Chemistry Regents in the same year (10th) or jumo to chem? Does anyone know the NYS regents requirements??? Thanks for your help in advance.

I live in new york and to get an advanced regents diploma I think you just need to take any 3 sciences and pass 2 regents exams. Assuming you already too biology, you should probably do chem and physics before you graduate, and earth science only if you’re actually interested in it. It’s not considered one of the “core” sciences so you don’t really need it.
So I can skip it? Thats what I thought! Thank you so much for the clarification! @a20171 I greatly appreciate it!
Yes, you can either take both at once or just skip earth science (in my class at least, it was just dead end information about rocks and erosion). To get the advanced diploma you must pass two science regents exams (one in LE and one in PS) and how three science credits (not necessarily all from regents science).
Thank you very very much!!! @kimclan1
