I was admitted to Cal Poly SLO for Fall 2011 as a transfer student. This Spring is my last quarter at De Anza College. I couldn't get the classes I needed at De Anza, so I'm trying to add them at Foothill. This won't affect my acceptance right? I'm going to call the admissions office on Monday to make sure, but I just want to see if anyone here actually did this before and it was ok. Thanks.

Yes, if there is an equivalent course at Foothill then go for it! Just make sure you notify the colleges that you’ve changed your planned courses.

It should not be a problem. De Anza and Foothill are sister colleges, after all. Notify the UCs asap.

ya no problem whatsoever, de anza and foothill are basically the same thing

Yeah, thought so. Thanks for the replies. I was just making sure because Humanities was abbreviated HUMN at Foothill and HUMI at De Anza. P.S. Do I just notify them via phone?
