Can I Transfer Fall 2008 with a 3.2 GPA?

<p>I'm currently attending a CCC and Spring 08 will be my 4th semester here. </p>

<p>I would really like to get out of living here with my parents. It's completely killing everything about me. My social life and academic life can vouch for that. </p>

<p>Fall 06 my grades were:</p>

<p>English 100: A
Anthro 100: A
French 101: C
History 241: C
Math 80b: C </p>

<p>Spring 07: </p>

<p>English 102: A
Sociology 101: A
Theatre 150: A
Poli Sci 101: B</p>

<p>Summer 07: </p>

<p>Speech 235: B</p>

<p>Fall 07: </p>

<p>Anthro 115: W
Astronomy 102: W
Spanish 201: W</p>

<p>(Like I mentioned, living here at home is completely ruining everything. My sister 2 years younger than I am is about to move out next year and I don't want to be trapped here.)</p>

<p>As for the Spring of 08 i've signed up for:</p>

<p>Zoology 201, Math 80b, Astronomy 102. </p>

<p>Any chance I can get accepted...well, anywhere? Anywhere good? </p>

<p>Perferably California, maybe a Cal State or UC but that seems like I'm reaching too high right now. </p>

<p>I believe you need 60 units completed by the end of spring if you're transferring for fall 08. Also, the deadline to apply is tomorrow.</p>

<p>as of now i have 33 units w/ 10 more coming in spring 08...not enough.</p>

<p>i don't know the unit rule for UCs, but maybe you could make up the credits during the summer. maybe explain that in your essay?</p>
