So I transfered from a community College with 100+ units as a computer science major. Currently I’m at Cal State Long Beach, and by the time next fall comes around I will have completed about 30 units. I was wondering if it was possible for me to transfer to UCLA from my Cal state with those amount of units? And if so, would the classes I took at Cal State be irrelevant since they won’t take all my units?

I’m assuming most of those 30 are upper division. If so, the short answer is no. There are limits to how many UD you can take. Plus, you were at a CCC and transferred as a junior. Now you want to transfer again. I can’t speak for UC admissions, but I personally would question follow-through and commitment at this juncture. CSULB is a great college. I would just stay FWIW.
