can my status change?!

<p>i logged onto my admissions decision page to check up on the provisional contract, and instead of the congratulations screen, i had this instead:

<p>i got a ucla supplement asking for my senior year grades in early february. my transcript reported that i had received straight A's in all of my classes, but after i turned in my ucla supplement, one of my teachers informed me that i had actually earned a B instead of an A in that class. and that grade change would be reflected on my final transcript.</p>

<p>so i reported a grade change to ucla because it says this in the provisional contract:
'And Finally
Your admission to UCLA is subject to cancellation if the information you submitted on your application and/or by written/verbal communication with our office does not match official documentation."</p>

<p>i'm really freaking out right now, does anyone know if i can get my admission deferred because of this one mistake?! :(</p>

<p>I guess there’s really no way of knowing, but as paranoid as you get, just remember that everyone gets that same message whenever they report an academic change. For instance, I reported that I was going to take a certain English class, but due to over-enrollment issues, I was forced out of that class into another English class (both were equivalent, non-honors and non-AP classes). I reported that change and I’m getting the same message that you are.</p>

<p>kirbyrock, i think you are ok. It wasn’t your choice so it was the most rigorous schedule still, that you could’ve taken.</p>

<p>OP: 1 B is mostly not going to affect anything.</p>
