Can someone please help change this sentence?

<p>"As I look into the mirror, I see someone who will help thousands of children through a strong undergraduate education in Neuroscience, which would lead to medical school, culminating in a medical degree."</p>

<p>I can't figure out how to say that after getting a strong undegraduate education in Neuroscience, I would go to medical school ending with a MD.</p>
