<p>I was wondering if any of you know if you can change majors before entering UCLA in the fall quarter. Like changing departments and stuff.</p>
<p>You can probably change majors within the College, but changing departments... probably not. :(</p>

<p>say... Design|Media Arts to business econ or computer science</p>
<p>business econ is possible. you'll just have to go to the business econ department and declare yourself as "pre-business economics."</p>
<p>computer science i'm not so sure since it's under the engineering school.</p>
<p>changing to a major in Letters & Science is no problem, like kfc4u said.</p>
<p>However Comp Sci is in engineering and its going to be very difficult to change to that major. If that's something you're seriously considering you should go see an advisor in the dept when you get to ucla. There is no way you can just call them up before you show up this fall and get it changed to Comp Sci.</p>
