Can you guys evaluate my chance?

Hey all,
I'm vietnamese applicant. I got sucky SAT score if comparing with many 1600s or over 1500s here. But, english is my second language, and i just really learn it when coming to the UK last 2 years. Therefore verbal section is really a big barrier for me.

My SAT score is 1370 (like wat i said it's low)
SAT 2 Math IC 780
CHem 760
Writing: i'm gonna take it in Jan

Very strong recs
I got 4 A for A-level course with 16/24 full mark units
I'm majoring in science and got admitted at Imperial college London last year, but can't afford the tuition fee. I definitely apply for Finaid, as well as scholarship at any instutions that I apply this year.
My option is :
Dartmouth, Washington and Lee, Trinity, Tufts (reach)
Laf, Sewanee, F and M, WPI and IIT

Plz, give me some advice.
Thanks in advance

do you have any extracurriculars or research? ahah im vietnamese too ^_^ btw, your sat isnt exactly SUCKY. well...i dont know, anyways. if english is a barrier for you, take the toefl. what exactly is A-level course? how hard are ur classes? ur applyin for international students? (its pretty hard to get in as international.) if u get in, finaid prob wont be a big problem, i got full tuition + room/board almost everything for hte school i got into, so if u get in, u get in. anywhos good luck.

er... then A-level stands for advanced level course which is an international degree like IB. Yeap, I'm applying as International, many extracurrliculars at my high school and College in England. I took Toefl test already and my score is 620 (PBT). DO i have a chance in those schools ?
