I'm currently a biology major, but I've been thinking about switching into Business. It's probably too late, but is there anything I can do to transfer into McCombs? I know it's that McCombs is extremely competitive, so there's probably no chance to get in right?

Or is the only way I can get in is to internally transfer after my freshman year?

I’ve heard that you can’t switch into McCombs, but I know that you can switch to a different major because my friend got into Art History and she already switched to International Studies.

If you want to transfer in to McCombs, you’ll have to apply around this time next year. They only take Fall admits and they’re most likely full by now. Make sure to tell your adviser this when you go to orientation as you’ll have to take some extra classes like macro/microeconomics.
