I know a lot of transfer students are juniors, after completing their first two years of basic general ed classes, but can you transfer to nyu as a sophmore? as in, can you transfer after only one year at another college?

i transferred a sophomore, just finished my 3rd semester at another college, entering nyu in january

ive had two friends that entered into stern after 1 full year (2 semesters)

oh okay awesome, i think im really considering doing that. is it easy to transfer over?

the process was easy, im not sure about acceptance rates though. depends on your stats and the school.

what stats do they look at? your GPA of freshmen year in college and any SATs???

everything, college/HS transcript, SAT/ACT SATII scores, teacher rec, activities, essay, etc.

everything you need is on the nyu website

Yeah, you can transfer, but they might not take all your credits, which is why people often transfer Junior year.
