<p>I just received the acceptance package with the Dean's Scholarship worthed around 16k per year. However, I want to ask whether it is possible to upgrade my scholarship before I decide to enroll. I haven't sent the copy of my final high school transcript yet, do you think it can make a difference? Since 40k a year is still really steep for my family.</p>
