<p>rakeon, I used to go to DMCI, but not anymore. I have friends at DM who told me about that guy who went to harvard, i know who he is. Didn't he run for SAC president one year but was beat by a guy named Jimmy (not really sure about the name)?</p>
<p>Anyway, do you know any of his stats? Can you post them? i think many of us here would love to know</p>

800 on all sats, physics, mathiic, chem, french (he took this one to exempt a langauge credit at harvard, i took a satii with him on the same day ^^)</p>
<p>highest gpa in the school. like top everything, english, math, chem, bio etc etc maybe a 3.8?? i have no clue, he was in the gifted program like me, im assuming he took the hardest course load possible</p>
<p>he had some leadership part on the school newspaper, athletics he did cross country, music im not sure, head of chess team (pretty decent placing), had part in christian fellowship and tson more im sure</p>
<p>he got 1st in canada for the cic (chemistry), placed well on all math contests, 9th for bio in canada? placed nicely in physics competitions, went to french competitions, keep in mind he's chinese. </p>
<p>won big scholarships, loved by all, hated by few
and that's 1/10th of wenxin lol, really really great guy</p>

i think he is a great person, unlike many smart people, he is very humble but at the same time confident. harvard suits him nicely!</p>

there was an ivy league session at marriot hotel, they were missing cornell and dartmouth
but cornell came later

<p>let's talk about canadian universities!!! they're not THAT bad, in fact, they're pretty decent</p>
<p>Canadian universities are great; I have nothing but respect for McGill, Queens, U of T and Waterloo. I tell my friends applying to places like Colgate or UNC that it's a waste because for a tenth of the price, Canadian schools are better than those mid-top-tier American unis.</p>
<p>And yes, I'm a hypocrite, since I'm going to an American school next year ;).</p>
