I took the December SAT and I didn't do so well on it. There's a day left to cancel scores and this was my first SAT. If I decide to cancel this, will I only have 2 more tries or is this basically starting over with 3 tries? Will it say "cancelled" on collegeboard? </p>

<p>You can take the SAT’s as many times as you want. 10 times if u really want too. or 100 if u start in like middle school. There are no restrictions. I wouldn’t recommend cancelling because colleges take the superscore anyway, so you might as well see how you did.</p>

By tries I meant the amount tries that colleges would take without averaging scores.
I don’t think I did too well on a particular section; I feel like I could do better on all so the idea of superscoring with these scores is pointless. Is a 100 point increase worth the cancel? Possibly 2100-2250. </p>
