So how bad is it going to look if I cancel one of my scores (AP Physics Mechanics)? I KNOW I'm going to get a one on it....so colleges will think I just didn't take it. But that's better than them knowing I got a one right? Or should I just get the score and not send it?

If you’re going to cancel it, you might as well just not take it and get some of your money back. Honestly, you’re not gonna get a one. A one takes a LOT of non-effort to get. For example, I’m pretty sure I’m gonna get a 2, MAYBE a 3.

I would say go for it; you never know. It doesn’t really hurt, since colleges don’t really factor in AP scores in admission. Plus, on apps, you self-report scores, meaning you can choose which ones to report and which ones not to report.

Hah well the only reason I’m taking it is so I don’t have to take the final…which I know I’d fail. Gah our physics teacher just did not prepare us for the exam!! But anyways I was going to cancel it after school got out so they couldn’t make me take it…it was kind of a shady plan to begin with haha.

From what I’ve read on here, if you’re taking the class for the AP exam, then its better to take it and not pass than to not take it at all… jus’ sayin lol

Like I said, there’s not really anything to lose from it. And ***, you’re so lucky. We don’t HAVE to take the AP exam (it’s “recommended”) but I have finals the week after this upcoming week D:
