Can't Activate My CruzID

<p>I have been trying to activate my CruzID for couple weeks now. Every time I try clicking on the link to activate it, i am taken to a page that states:</p>

<p>"CruzID Manager could not process your request</p>

<p>This account is not currently claimable via the AIS account claim process"</p>

<p>Over the last few days, I have tried to call the ITS Support center at 831-459-4357, but it seems like the phone is either disconnected or no longer in use. </p>

<p>If i understand things correctly, without my CruzID I can't really use ITS Support Center email/web service to help me out. </p>

<p>So my question to you guys is, If ITS Support Center phone is down, who should I call to get my problem resolved? </p>

<p>I had the exact same problem. You need to call ITS tech support center and they can help you. The number is (831) 459-4357. They just need to confirm your identity so they will ask for your ID, DOB, and SS and then give you a temporary password. And don’t worry you shouldn’t have to hold long to talk to a real person.</p>
