Today is honestly one of the worst days of my life.
I failed half the tests I took.
I accidently insulted one of my friends and now she hates me.
I told something mean about my friend to one of the girl that he likes (which I don't know why I did) and now he's mad at me.
My other friends are also mad at me right now because of that.
My sister just got in an argument with me about computer usage and now she's just glaring at me.
To top it all off I'm feeling horribly unprepared about the ACT and this is the last time I can take it.

With all this, I can't sleep, its nearly 11pm and I should be asleep right now!
I am walking in hopes of clearing my mind... but its not working rather I am thinking about it more.
I don't what to do, I have a feeling I'm not getting any sleep tonight...
Please help me ):

Watch some videos involving scantily clad woman. That’ll take your mind off of everything but what you’re watching.

First off, you need to calm down! Take a few deep breaths. It’ll all be over in a few hours, and regardless of what happens, know you tried your best.

To make you feel better I have a terrible cold and I have a fever (so it may be the flu, but doubtful - I always get fevers with colds!) and I have to take the ACT bright and early in a few hours. Not looking forward to it.

But I’m not stressing. It won’t do me any good. If you can’t sleep, try to. Make yourself. Or if you don’t want to do that, do some last minute cramming for the test! Read over some material. That never hurts.

Good luck! :)

You need to let your stress out. Do some serious exercise. Play a game of basketball . That should take your mind off things short term. But in the long term you want to: apologize to your sister and ask her for aside (if she’s older or wiser than you), apologize to your friends, put in a good word with the girl he likes. Try to be as helpful and nice as possible even though your feeling like crap inside. Then others will start being nice and helpful and that will heal your inside crappiness lol. Sounds cheesy but trust me I’ve experienced it. As for ACT, I’ve never taken it (I took SAT) but just practice practice practice and you’ll know when test day comes around you’ve done as much as you can and you should be happy with your score. Make sure to not study for 2 days before the test.
