I’m an American homeschool student taking all dual enrollment college classes. If I apply to Carleton University in Ottawa Canada, should I submit my SAT score if it is a 1330?

My understanding is that Canadian universities focus more on an applicant’s GPA than on standardized test scores.

Yes, submit it. Carleton University would care more about your GPA than your SAT but since you are homeschooled, 1330 provides norm-referenced data that create a positive impression (top 10% nationwide). For Canadians Carleton is not that selective, but for foreign students it is (~20% admission rate).
