THe email may be a good sign, or may be normal protocol.
Doing what they want/ asking for queries helps diffuse the sitch.
Generally this thing is a good sign. THey wouldnt be reminding all apps about this. Only ones having chances.
I didn’t receive such email but i did notice the document missing in my portal, I have resubmitted the waiver to the IDOC though.
Same here and nothing yet @hellotheworld7 . Hopefully soon!
What time will the decisions be released?
sometime on the 30th is written in my portal. i believe it was 9 am in the past? i could be wrong
@TheGuy1 @18butterflies It was 9:00 last year. Colleges release between 3-7 on weekdays so as not to disrupt the school day. Different story on the weekend.
Ah Gotcha! THanks for the clarification.
So 3/30, 9pm EST?
Cool! Best of Luck to All!!!
9 AM
rumor has it that they didn’t accept any high school trumpet players into their music school, only transfers (primarily from rice) ? rip i guess
i got an email saying i am missing financial aid documents, which turned out to be the student tax return. on my css profile i declared my tax returns as “Not filed, and not required to file, a tax return”. is this a glitch or something?
did anyone get their student tax return waived? and plus they waived it like three days ago.
@Ch15hann I got mine waived long back.
THem sending this email is good, as I know many who didnt get one.
Also, It kinda is a glitch especially if you wouldve done it/have already done it.
Many friends of mine were complaining after a call to the office about how they didnt get data still, even after sending it, and so on…THey had to resend, and sort it out again.
i didn’t get an email. is this a bad sign?
GIven the Adcom’s shrouded activities, its either a bad sign, or no sign.
Bad sign’s obvious why, but no sign could mainly be due to you already sending all FA docs anyways.
Depends on many levels.
@TheGuy1 how did you get yours waived? on my CSS profile i put “Not filed, and not required to file, a tax return” under student tax returns yet my Where Am I In The Process portal is still showing my student tax returns as missing
what document is this email referring to?
@mikeyt8586 There’s a Non-Tax Filers Statement document in the Sample Forms on IDOC. THeres a hyperlink in the upper right region on the Interface. Download, fill by hand, scan, save a copy, and upload back to IDOC. All schools requesting it shall get it.
I got mine waived by all the the schools I applied to.
@anxiousboi Any document you as an app may not have submitted may be listed. Since you didnt get an email, no need to worry, but do a manual check an fulfill the req. if at all.
