Cas Economics

So I want to transfer to CAS Econ from a california community college.

Is it difficult to transfer into the major as a junior? Is is that much more difficult to transfer into than Stern Econ?

I plan to get a 4.0 during my two years at CC. And do plenty of ECs.

Also, does race come into play? (i'm mexican)

And will my grades from HS(3.6 UW) and act score(24) hinder me as a junior applicant?
Thank you!

I was under the impression that it’s more difficult to transfer into Stern than CAS.

Both are difficult to transfer into with acceptance rates lower than 15%; however, due to curriculum requirements, etc. it would easier to transfer into CAS.

You won’t need to submit your ACT, but you will need to submit your HS grades.

There’s no point in worrying about this now when your grades are merely speculation. Come back when you have actual grades.

ok thank you. I am probably going to apply to CAS Econ and will hopefully get an mba with an emphasis in marketing
