CC to UCSB or go to SDSU?

Hello guys! I am wondering if you guys can give me some good, honest advice on what to do.

My dream school has been UCSB. I want to go there because it's quite beautiful and it's a UC so it has better resources and facilities. Plus, correct me if I'm wrong but I think a degree from UCSB would look better than one from SDSU. I plan on going to graduate school for pre-med or pre-pharm but I'm not sure yet.

However, I want to go to a school that is well-balanced academically and socially. (if that makes sense). I'm sure UCSB and SDSU fits there.

But, I am worried about being a transfer to UCSB because I don't know how people will be like since a lot of people will have been there together for four years. And I'm well aware that there will be many transfers like me. Also, I don't know if I should sacrifice SDSU and going to community college first to transfer to UCSB. But, I've moved a lot so I'm used to starting over. I don't wanna go to SDSU because I've lived in SD my whole life and I'd probably have to move and live with my parents after the first year and I hate that classes are so impacted.

NOTE: Everyone who goes to SDSU and UCSB ( who I've talked to) love it there.

Pros of going to sdsu directly: Freshman college experience, Making life-long friends, Not having to worry about transferring, College Parties, Boys, Great social scene, Adequate Academics, pretty good night life.

Cons of going to sdsu directly: Having to pay so much to dorm first year (my tuition is paid), I'M STILL IN SD and there's not much for me to do anymore, not so nice dorms, not as terrific of a school compared to the UC's, not good for pre-med or pre-pharm, small campus, living with my parents after the first year, PARENTS ARE CLOSE AND CAN VISIT MORE, also.. I might not like the scene there. Too much city life and seems that students are more scattered instead of close. graduating in 5-6 years

Pros of cc to UCSB: Beautiful campus, excellent academics, fours hours from SD, I get to explore a new beautiful city, Close-knit group of college students, small town, seems like everyone's friendly and gets along, THE BEAUTIFUL BEACH AND BEAUTIFUL BOYS, some of my friends are going there, I have more time to get myself together and grow as a person before I go here. I'll get better grades at CC before going to UCSB and TAG program means I just need above a 3.2+ GPA to get in guaranteed. I will not have to be around parents for two years.

Cons of going from cc to UCSB: I will feel different as a junior transfer student, probably not life-long friendships, I might regret not going to sdsu, I will be only going there for 2-3 years if I transfer from cc.. is it worth it? (other than that, the school is perfect for me almost). I have to wait two years to get away from my parents.

So I guess what I'm asking is should I go directly to SDSU or wait to transfer to UCSB?
oh and... WHAT ARE MY CHANCES OF TRANSFERING FROM SDSU TO UCSB?
