CC to UCSB or just go to SDSU

<p>I live in SD, so the idea of being in SD for the next four years doesn't sound appealing for me. Plus, I heard UC's are better than SDSU due to resources and facilities.</p>

<p>Is it hard to transfer from CSU to UC if I do extremely well?</p>

<p>Is it possible to transfer from CC to UCSB in one year?</p>
