<p>It doesn’t matter if you are out of state, at least in terms of admissions, as neither is a public university. So in-state & out-of-state doesn’t apply, it is all the same. But if you are asking about fitting in, social life, etc, maybe someone else can comment on that.</p>
<p>Yeah I was kind of referring to the social aspects of transferring out of state to these schools. Sorry if my question was a bit vague.</p>
