CC->UC->CC->UC Transfer - Am I eligible?

Hello, I just transferred to UCSB this quarter but I'm dropping out after this quarter because I am unhappy with my major. I want to go back to CC and take prerequisite courses for a science major but I'm confused on whether or not I would be eligible to transfer to another UC.

I have read this thing over and over but I don't really understand. I already have 85 UC transferable semester units from CCC, I will also have 8 upper division units from UCSB by the end of this quarter. Will I be considered a "high unit junior" or a "high unit senior"? By the time I finish all my prereqs I will have ~125 UC transferable semester units from CCC and the 8 upper division quarter units from UCSB. Any help would be appreciated.

All CC units you have taken will be limited to 70 semester units. Add any UCSB(lower and upper division) (quarter) units on top of that. If you completed 12 quarter units this quarter then consider yourself to be at 78 semester units.

awesome, thank you!
