Cellphone coverage

What cellphone provider has the best coverage/reception in/around university of southern california - inside apartments and dormitory around campus

My son has T-Mobile but has had so much problem with getting cell reception at Parkside that we set him up with Vonage account. If he was in his room he couldn’t receive texts or calls. I believe the problem with reception in Parkside is not an issue due to the provider but the construction of Parkside.

My daughter resides in cardinal gardens and has AT&T provider. Most of the time, i can’t barely understand what she’s saying over the phone. I don’t know if it’s a provider signal issue or the location issue. I’m planning to switch to Verizon or Sprint whoever has the best reception. any idea about this

AT & T has terrible coverage from the Parkside dorms. We had to get a micro-cell tower installed in order for our daughter to get any coverage at all from her room.

D has verizon and reception is pretty good around campus— although in about half the calls from her dorm we eventually get disconnected at some point. Easy to reconnect though, and I can hear her just fine.

Another vote for Verizon. One summer, my S had 3 apartments & D had 2. TMobile didn’t have much reception for ANY of those 5 places. Verizon has had exceptional reception for all of them. Even tho Verizon is expensive, it does get the best reception. Now that S has moved to DC, we still get very good reception with Verizon and not as good reception with a seperate TMobile phone I also have.
