cellphones at princeton

<p>Hi, I'm not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm a 2010 EDer and I was wondering if any current students or Princeton residents know what cellphone carriers have good reception on the Princeton campus, and, more importantly, I guess, if there are any cellphone carriers that don't have reception at all. I have T-Mobile right now, but I may be switching to verizon or cingular at some point this summer and I was wondering what would work out best for when I'm at Princeton. </p>

<p>We use Verizon and it is acceptable pretty much anywhere on campus.</p>

<p>T-Mobile is supposed to be the best reception though.</p>

<p>and if you don't want to, then take Cingular. Can any current students confirm this?</p>

<p>verizon just put up a new tower on the top of new south, so currently verizon cannot be beat, I get reception even in the basement of my gothic building (not an easy feat)</p>

<p>I like Verizon. I've been using it ever since I had a cell phone (~2 yrs). It works fine for me. :D</p>

<p>My brother has a Sprint phone, and we've never had any trouble reaching him whatsoever, even in dorm rooms, libraries, etc. I don't think Sprint will give you any trouble. At least I hope not ... I have a Sprint phone too :-D</p>

<p>Oh gosh. The girl who played Katherine in "College." I think she was actually the cutest girl I've seen in about a year.</p>

<p>I used sprint at the hosting thing and it didn't get reception in any of the buildings.</p>

<p>Cingular didn't get reception inside Wilson, but it was okay outside.</p>
