<p>In the UC application there was this question. Certified for completion of the Intersegmental General Education Transfer Curriculum (IGETC): Would it be a yes or no? </p>
<p>If youre just applying to an animal biology major, would you have to complete english1A and English1C or English1A and 1B is good enough or english1A ,1B,1C? THANKS:)</p>
<p>Did you/are you going to file for IGETC certification at your CC? If so, say yes. If you aren’t completing IGETC or only going to be certified for partial IGETC (not all CCs do partial IGETC certification, though. You’d have to check with your CC’s admissions office), then you choose no. </p>
<p>Also, as far as I’m aware, there is no English 1 series at UCD. Are those courses at your local CC? </p>
<p>Check Assist.org–it’s a wonderful site in finding out which courses are needed/transferable.</p>
