Chance a panic-stricken freshman with horrible high school grades

I am a college freshman at a top 100 private university and I wish to transfer to Georgetown and NYU. Please evaluate my chances!

High school GPA - 3.1
High school activities - Debate, music lessons, and Scholastic Award for writing
ACT - 30
College GPA - 4.0 (I am serious. I have received near-perfect scores on all assignments and quizzes I have had so far.)
College activities - Mock trial, Model United Nations, music lessons, research will be published, and school newspaper

Aren’t you supposed to transfer after your sophomore year? I just transferred from a community college to a 4 year school and people typically apply in their sophomore year because it is difficult for lower-divison transfer to get into such and such school.

Most schools won’t take into account your HS GPA and ACT scores if you’re applying as a junior transfer. If you’re transferring in as a sophomore, I don’t think you’re a strong enough student for those schools with a 3.1 GPA from HS because they will evaluate you on your high school credentials if you intend to be there as a sophomore.
