Chance a rising Senior, OOS Legacy

<p>I am a current junior</p>

<p>Best Single Sitting: SAT: 1280/1930
Best Superscored: SAT: 1290/1940</p>

<p>Please be as honest as possible</p>

<p>White Jewish Male from Maryland, Top 90 school in country</p>

<p>Am a legacy, (so, I think i have instate status)</p>

<p>Weighted GPA: 3.9 </p>

<p>Will have taken 7 AP's by the time I graduate: AP US GOV, AP World, AP English Lang, AP STAT, AP English LIT, AP Comparative GOV, AP EURO </p>

<p>AP US GOV: 4 </p>

<p>Will have played 3 years on football team. (1 as JV starter) (1 as varsity starter)</p>

<p>Debate team for 4 years...one as treasurer and 2 as captian</p>

<p>Member of honors academy at my school, with a focus in Social Studies</p>

<p>3 years on school's paper...one year as Business Manager and one as the Observations Editor</p>

<p>Internship over the summer (after sophomore year) at our county executive's office (wrote a great rec) </p>

<p>Internship this summer with the Montgomery County Democratic Party. </p>

<p>The SAT scores and GPA are a bit on the low side, u do have good extracurriclars though, if u count as OOS then u won’t get accepted, but if u do count as in-state you never know, IMHO I’m leaning more to thinking that u won’t get accepted, but you should still definitely apply, I’m by no means counting you out, it’s tough, I’m in-state and in my school the kids that got in had above a 4.0 GPA (weighted), but you did say u go to a really good school, so that may help too</p>
