Chance an Asian Dude

Hey guys! This is my first time doing this. Just wondering what my chances are. Soooooooo I go to a national top 20 public high school in Massachusetts.

My reach is Harvard. Usually 25 kids from my school are accepted to Harvard each year. I live in a certain part of Boston that Harvard chooses many kids from because of certain issues regarding land ownership. So even though I may not be as good as other possible candidates, they'll probably "lower?" the standards for me a bit, hopefully. But there are other kids in my neighborhood who are just as competitive. Even if I don't get in, I'll be okay, seeing I know it's competitive and hard to get into. (BTW I am not a Harvard freak though that this entire paragraph I just noticed, seems like I might do, I think .... )

I really like UChicago, BC, NYU. If BC gives me a reallly good scholarship I will definitely go there.

So I'm applying to the following:
Boston College
Boston University
Brandeis University
NYU
University of Chicago
Northwestern
Harvard
Princeton
Columbia
Cornell
Yale
Brown

Chinese-American Male, Senior, Middle income class

GPA - 4.1 Weighted
Rank - We don't rank. But I think I'm in the top 60/350.
SAT - 2240
SAT II - MathII 770, Chemistry 760, Chinese 780, American History 770
AP Chem - 5
AP Computer Science - 4
AP US History - 5

Courses from 9th to 11th grade (my school doesn't allow APs until 11th grade and restricts it to 3 ap's a students because they feel more than 3 is too much, seeing we have a high suicide rate?, though if you get a waiver you're excused)

9th
English - A
Algebra 2 Honors - B
World History - A
Biology - A-
Chinese - A-
Latin - B

10th
English - A-
Geometry Honors - B-

Latin - B

11th
AP Chemistry - A-
AP Computer Science - A-

AP Biology - A
AP Chinese - A

Facing History (a class about humanity, human rights, and history (holocaust, armenian genocide, etc.) - A

I know my grades aren't the best. As in, average/poor math grades in 9th and 10th grade and Latin grades. Latin, first of all, is something I despise and didn't try in. I started studying it in 7th grade and never got the hang of it. Math was just difficult because of bad teaching, and because one teacher (this CRAZY Chinese woman teacher who was also the head of the Math Team) made every test as if it were a math contest.
