Chance an average student

I'm a student in senior year looking to major in computer science.
I have a 1790 sat and about a 3.12 GPA due to dysthymia causing ADD symptoms, I live on the east coast and I need to figure out where I can get accepted.
If anyone is willing to talk to me please let me know

My GPA is approximently 3.12
I've taken 12 honors and 4 AP classes (including my senior year)
My grades range from c+ to a-
I've only gotten two c+ during highschool and I plan to study VERY hard during my senior year to let colleges know I was struggling during my junior year and previous years as well but I'm overcoming my challenges and trending upwards.
Because computer science is a harder major I don't know how to catogorize the list into reach match etc
Which is why I need someone's help to tell me what's feasible.
I am retaking the SATs in October and hope to get a score closer to 2000..

I know I'm a very capable student. My best friend is a 2300 sat student who plans to go to Penn, and we both work on AP Physics together, and I've always been a quick learner, just not very motivated to work. I want to work now though. I hope to get straight As senior year.

My councilors and parents both think my "mild disability" as they call it will help my admissions process, and my ECs aren't greAt but
I've done band and gotten many awards and gotten into many honors bands and musical pit and jazz bands etc etc
Also did the frisbee team and I'm joining the robotics team this year as well.

Please help me consider what colleges are reaches or matches or if you have other colleges I should look into please mention them.
Thank you all.

Are slippery rock and sacred heart legit schools? I’ve never heard of them

@onlythebest13 yes they are
But can you stick to the topic please…

I don’t know how well the colleges will take your disorder situation because it will probably affect you even after you get into college and therefore deter your learning in college, which the college admission officers probably do not want. In terms of stats wise, If you get near 2000 SAT, I think Ohio Syracuse Delaware VTech Ithaca Binghamton is possible, although I am worried about your GPA.

Maryland Pitt Rochester are reaches

-

Feel free to list other colleges that would be adequate for me.

OP - I think that you’ve received plenty of replies on other threads, and there’s no reason to expect additional ones.

@woogzmama but my curiousity burns of the brightness of a thousand suns.

American, Purdue, Maryland, UMass, James Madison, & Bucknell are all reaches only due to your GPA. Your test scores aren’t bad, if you retake and get a tad higher, it’ll increase your chances.

@embrunn as it stands now where would you say I do have a chance.

This should suffice to answer most questions.

Ohio, Ithaca (personally really enjoy this school) VT, Alleghany, Dayton, maybe Indiana. i don’t know a lot about the other schools so i wouldn’t be able to say. best of luck!

@SStephen2015‌ It was a honest question. And I agree with the other poster, you’ve already gotten back plenty of feedback.
