Chance at Dartmouth

Hi, guys. i'm an international student applying freshman transfer from Ohio Wesleyan University. Dartmouth is my dream school. I applied to it last year, but got rejected.
Here are my stats:
GPA: 3.83 (Multivariable Calculus WP(withdraw after midterm but pass the midterm exma), Applied Statistics B+, National Colloquium U(Unsatisfactory, but it doesn't influence my GPA)

SAT1: 2050 (math 700, CR 660, Writing 620)
SAT2: 2330 (Math2 800, physics780, chemistry750)
AP Macroeconomics and calculus-BC 5, psychology 4

Honestly speaking, I don't have good ECs and I am not sure if I can get good recommendations from my professor.

i'm worrying about my EC and W and U on my transcript. I understand that it is very hard to be admitted by dartmouth. So, do i even need to apply?

I'm also looking at:
Cornell University
Duke University
Northwestern University
Swarthmore College
Washington University in St. Louis
Williams College

Thanks in advance for your help!

The W and U on your transcript will look extremely shifty. Do everything you can to resolve those and maybe say why you were unable to finish those classes on the common app? You should find some sort of EC to devote yourself to next semester and try to keep your GPA up. If you do, I’d think you have at least a slight chance, and if D is your dream school, then you should definitely apply. Keep in mind the possibility for junior transfer too
