Your proposed major doesn’t matter- UW admits students regardless of that. Your gpa and ACT seem good for being admitted although there are never guarantees.
A list of EC’s seems fine.
It is always appreciated by readers of posts when they are succinct- skip the items that tell us nothing, condense ECs and it is more likely to be read. A sentence instead of list containing info is easier to skim for me. I point this out so other students consider brevity.
