<p>Hi</p>

<p>My friend is a good student but he's not good at taking test. He wants to go to a school in California but wouldn't mind going out of state. Could anyone reccomend some schools?</p>

<p>GPA:UC-4.15
UW:3.93
SAT:1690
SAT Subject test:Bio-800
Math2- 710
Not so many EC but he's president of 2 clubs and has his own orginization.
Also a Minority.</p>

<p>Impressive GPA, but SAT's are low, so that might hurt his chances at Berkeley, UCLA, USC, but he is in state.....</p>

UCLA = 35%
2nd tier UC's = match</p>
