Those are some very tough schools, especially Brown. However, I think you have a great shot at all those schools because of your rankings and class rigor (and also SATs, that’s a major plus).

bump

Chicago, Brown, Penn: reach
Vandy, GTown, Amherst, Tufts: low reach

Obviously your GPA is your application weakness. However, Your ECs are strong and your SATs meet the requirements of these school. I would say that
UChicago, Brown and Upenn are reaches
Vanderbilt is a high match
George Town and Amherst are low reaches

I think you will def get into Amherst and Tufts!
Brown may be hard to get into because your GPA is a tad bit low but there is still a chance because of the amount of activities you do!!!

Brown, UPENN, and Chicago are reaches for everyone, but I think you have a good shot at Tufts and maybe even Amherst (both are very holistic so you will have to have killer essays). Vanderbilt is a toss-up; I say it is a high target or low reach just because you have strong math and reading scores.

Looks like you’ve got a pretty good shot at Tufts and Amherst. Brown, Chicago and UPenn are reaches but definitely not impossible. Best of luck to you!
