Chance for Chapman, Pepperdine, LMU, Cal Poly,Occidental, UCSD, UCLA?

I'm a junior.
UC GPA: 3.8, regular unweighted(and weighted) is a 3.8 since i have no AP's yet
AP:
IB:
Honors: English 9, English 11
My projected SAT scores are around 2100(still waiting to get them back)
Senior Course load: Will have AP Macro, AP Stats, AP Gov, and APES.

UPWARD GRADE TREND: My UC gpa is a 3.8 because I pulled a 3.6 my sophomore year, but if everything continues to fall right, I will finish my last Junior semester with a perfect 4.0. Will that help?

EC'S:
Varsity lettered on Snowboard team
National Honor Society
Link Crew
Club Soccer
2 Years of Lacrosse
Work jobs every summer
State-ranked #3 in Lincoln-Douglas debate (led team to state championship) WILL BE
CAPTAIN THIS FALL

One of four Idaho students going to National Forensic League Finals in Indiana this Summer

Church Worship Band

Member of an Anti-Bullying Movement project taking place in my city

Been a child actor for 7-8 years (before i moved to idaho for high school) w/starring roles on various national commercials, popular T.V. shows, and one starring role in an animated Disney movie released in 08'. (And NO I am not making this up, that would just be wasting my time and yours.)

Your EC’s are great, as is your unweighted GPA and SAT’s. Does your school offer a lot more honors/aps that you chose not to take? it’s totally fine if that’s the case, many colleges just prefer to see challenging course loads. Your senior schedule looks great.

and as a side note, I lived off those disney channel movies when I was younger haha. may I ask which one you were in?

Bump bump bump

bumpppppppppppp

300 views and one response, please guys!

sigh, bumping again

I had 3.8 UC GPA and 1940 and was waitlisted at Davis, accepted to SD as Undeclared, and rejected by Irvine. Also, accepted to LMU as Bio major. Ucla is a reach, but with those ecs you should be fine at pretty much everywhere.

Rejected from irvine but accepted to SD? I guess that goes to show you never know. Is there anything I can do to increase my chances of UCLA???

Your numbers look somewhat better than mine were earlier this year, and I’ll be attending Chapman in the fall, so I’d call that an academic match.

Are you still interested in being in the industry? Because if so, the only advice I can offer for you (at UCLA and any other schools) is: Nail your audition.
