Chance for Cornell, Columbia, CMU, Emory? - PLEASE REPLY!!

Hi, I am just very nervous when things happens.
I worked really hard but my GPA dropped down when I was in sophomore because of a personal family issue but it went straight up afterward. Even though it's 3.3 for the whole year, I had 2.9 for the 1st semester and 3.8 for the second semester.

Columbia, Cornell, WUStL: high reach
Carnegie Mellon, Emory: reach/very high match
NYU, Michigan, Boston: match

If you live in California definitely apply to UC’s
