<p>What is your class rank or decile? Assuming around the 20 to 25th percentile, I believe your GPA is too low for every school on your list, with the possible exception of UMaryland and UMichigan (but Michigan ONLY if you are in-state but still a low reach), and unfortunately your decent ACT score will not sufficiently compensate for this at these very selective schools.</p>
