<p>Thanks guys. I thought I should put in, the particle accelerator and the cloud chamber weren’t huge like the ones your see in pictures, which are as big as rooms. The ones I built were about 3 ft in length, width and height for the cloud chamber and 5 ft in height for the particle accelerator. Just to make sure you guys don’t think I built one of those massive 100 million dollar ones and over inflate my chances. :D</p>

How did you build your accelerator? What did you use? Did you use some kind of guide? If so, could you link me to it? Also, how much did it cost to build the accelerator?</p>

<p>Wow, I think NYU can accept you, but sometimes, when the students are too good (as you), they waitlist them because they think they are better for Ivies.
I think Columbia, John Hopkins, Cornell will accept you. Why do you don’t apply to Vassar College ? They have a golf team, etc… I think you have a chance in that school too.

<p>Haha, thanks guys. There was a brief guide in our textbook but it wasn’t enough so we got the blanks filled from our Physics teacher and it cost about 300USD. I didn’t go to China as a major group, there were about 24 of us that were going to teach about 100 students. We split into 4 groups of 6 and taught approximately 25 each. It wasn’t part of an organization, it was through the school.</p>
<p>Do you reckon I have a decent chance for HYPS?</p>
